Shipping & Delivery
Simply select your desired delivery option at checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated. We deliver worldwide. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer. For all Karachi based orders made before 4pm, we’ll aim to get the order delivered the following working day (not including Saturday). For all other orders made before 4pm, we’ll aim to get the order dispatched within the following working day and delivery may take 2-3 working days depending on the postal address. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and identity security is very important to us. When you place an order with the Oculist website we will ask for certain information to help us process your order. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. The information you provide will be used in the processing of your order and to contact you when necessary in connection to your order. We take every care to ensure the security and privacy of any information you have provided. When you place an order we use the highest level encryption so any information is fully encrypted before it is sent to us. Financial transactions online are made through Payment Gateway. These organisations will ask for your card information to make the payment or require the setting up of an account, which includes providing payment and address details. When you purchase any of our products or services, these organisations collect certain financial transaction information. We do not have any access to your card numbers or other financial information from these parties, except for that relating to the value of your order. We do not store your credit card information.

Exchange Policy
the Oculist stores honour a 10 day product exchange policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with its original “proof of purchase receipt”. Upon returning an item the customer would receive their full cashback under 7 working days.
The exchange policy does not apply to the following items:
Accessories
Sunglasses with optical lenses (only with the original lenses)
*This policy is not applicable for damage items.
